Delivery Information


Please note that all items are antique, vintage or collectable and may show signs of their past. We have taken every care to describe the items as accurately as possible but the onus is on the customer to satisfy themselves with regard to condition etc.

All measurements when given are approximate.

Payment by Paypal, Credit/Debit Card or Cheque (UK only). Our preferred method is via Paypal. It is easy, secure and completely free for the payee. Your financial information is not shared with us. Once your transaction is completed you will receive a receipt of payment by Paypal via emai.
Should you wish to pay by cheque (UK only) it will be paid into our account as soon as possible and the item(s) will be despached as soon as the funds have cleared.
The only payment method accepted by overseas buyers is by Paypal in GB Pounds.

UK postage (Royal Mail) is included in the price. Please read Royal Mail Terms and Conditions for full information with regard to compensation for loss or damage.
For overseas buyers (Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For) please email us for postage cost, there will probably be additional charges.

Arian Antiques cannot guarantee that an item is available for sale and the customer must be aware that items may have been sold in the antique centre without our knowledge. Any monies paid for items not available will, of course, be fully refunded. Items remain the property of Arian Antiques until posted.

Arian Antiques accepts no responsibility for any item once handed over to Royal Mail or any other courier service.

We try to ensure that descriptions are accurate. Please remember that antique, vintage and collectable items will show signs of their age. We want your purchase to be a pleasurable experience, but if you are not happy for any reason please let us know. We will do our utmost to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Any returned items must be sent back within 7 days of receipt in exactly the same condition that it left us.We do not refund on items that are 'lost/damaged in the post'.
Unfortunately we do not refund any postage costs. It is best that you obtain proof of posting when returning goods as we will not refund on items 'lost/damaged in the post'.
